Whipped Chive and Garlic Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 clove garlic, roasted in olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice, (more to taste)
1 teaspoon sea salt, (more to taste)
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/4 sprig fresh dill
1/2 sprig fresh parsley
1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning, (optional)
Directions:
1.Add everything to a food processor and blend on high until very smooth. Taste and add more lemon juice or salt to your liking. It’s such a great, higher protein and healthier substitute for cream cheese and can be used on bagels with or without lox, as a sandwich spread, or whisked into eggs in the morning for a deliciously creamy egg scramble.
