Whipped Chive and Garlic Cottage Cheese

Whipped Chive and Garlic Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

Serves 2–3 · Ready in 5 minutes
  • 1½ cups cottage cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted in olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (more to taste)
  • 1 tsp sea salt (more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • ¼ sprig fresh dill
  • ½ sprig fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend on high until very smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust lemon juice or salt to your liking.
  4. Serve on bagels with or without lox, as a sandwich spread, or whisk into scrambled eggs for extra protein.

Notes

A higher-protein, healthier substitute for cream cheese.
