Whipped Chive and Garlic Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
Serves 2–3 · Ready in 5 minutes
1½ cups cottage cheese
1 clove garlic, roasted in olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice (more to taste)
1 tsp sea salt (more to taste)
1 tbsp chopped chives
¼ sprig fresh dill
½ sprig fresh parsley
1 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Blend on high until very smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust lemon juice or salt to your liking.
Serve on bagels with or without lox, as a sandwich spread, or whisk into scrambled eggs for extra protein.
Notes
A higher-protein, healthier substitute for cream cheese.
