I've walked this path too.

I'm a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in gut health, liver detoxification, and natural stress and anxiety relief. I've personally experienced challenges with gut health and anxiety — and that's exactly what motivated me to develop expertise in healing approaches centred on food as medicine.

I believe in the deep interconnection of mind, body and spirit. My work focuses on identifying root causes and using natural remedies, while keeping healthcare approachable and stress-free. Above all, it's about healing the body from the inside out.
